I've mentioned before that my studio is in my basement. It stays a pretty constant 55 degrees, and I am forever looking for ways to keep warm. I have a space heater, but that just takes the chill off. Vests and scarves are my best bet. Recently I found this great pair of fingerless gloves, more accurately a wristlet. It was Christmas time, and I felt a bit selfish buying them for me, but I got over it! Now I can work "in style", no matter what the task. I love them! They are made of recycled (re-purposed) t-shirts or sweaters, and are fabulous. Check out the website of their maker, elisabethan.com.
