Blogger's Quilt Festival Autumn 2009

Here's a picture of one of my favorite quilts - Autumn Grasses. I completed it in November of 2008 just as I was embarking on my first Open Studio tour. So much has happened in the last year, but one thing remains the same: I love this time of year and this is one of my favorite reminders of that special time.

i clicked on the pic for a close up.
i love how it looks so simple and kind of clean, yet you know that a load of work went into it. almost like the skill is somehow hidden.
anyway one of my favourites of the festival so far!
